I reserve the right to decline any commission request. Inappropriate behavior (such as harrassment and hate speech) during the commission process will result in cancellation of the project and a refund will not be given.
Repeated offenses will result in blacklisting for future projects.
All payments will be done through Paypal invoices. Full payment is required upfront for all commission options. If there is a delay, a commission slot can be reserved until payment is secured.
Payments are final once fully processed, no exceptions.
During the sketch phase, you as the customer have the right to request major alterations to the piece. Poses, outfits, and what characters you want present count as major alterations. However, please be considerate of how many major alterations you request. If it becomes excessive and repetitive, I reserve the right to decline any more requests. Make sure you know what you want ahead of time!
Once out of the sketch phase, only minor alterations will be allowed. Color, small details of outfits (like accessories), and small pose changes count as minor alterations.
Due to the random nature of the Monster Adopt commission option, no alterations may be requested at any point during the process.
As the artist, I retain all rights to the artwork. Commissions are for personal use only and must be properly credited. Commissioners are not allowed to remove watermarks unless permission has been given, and commissioned artwork cannot be sold by the commissioner for any reason.
If you wish to use the design commercially, then a separate negotiation must be made.
